Log into your TiVo via your favourite mechanism, open up the file /var/hack/tivoweb-tcl/tivoweb.cfg. You'll see something that looks like:

UserName =
Password =
Port = 80
Prefix =
Theme =
DescriptionHover = 1
MultiDelete = 1

Set the username/password and do either a quick or a full reload. Voila!
